Strategic Goals

Goal One: Provide more students with dyslexia access to high-quality Orton-Gillingham tutoring.

Goal Two: Build a larger pipeline of highly trained Orton-Gillingham tutors and teachers.

Goal Three: Establish The Reading Center as Minnesota’s leading authority in dyslexia intervention and Orton-Gillingham instruction.

Goal Four: Strengthen TRC’s ability to support its future growth and impact.
